Echo started teaching yoga in 2018. But his love and respect for yoga have been constant and undivided for over a decade. He completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher's Training at Bodhi Yoga Center in General Santos City under Yoga Alliance. Through Yoga and Meditation. Echo found the most unique way to manage his anxiety and develop self-awareness. It made him more empathetic to his surroundings - a true manifestation of his unbinding relationship with yoga.
