Acceptance of Terms

By using Shala Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

Shala Studio provides yoga teachers with a personal page to share their classes and schedule. The service is free for teachers.

Handle Reservations

Handles are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim handles that are inactive for more than 6 months, violate these terms, or infringe on trademarks. Handle reservations do not guarantee permanent ownership.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Shala Studio for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, or to reserve handles in bad faith (such as squatting on common names with no intent to use them).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Shala Studio at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Shala Studio is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost bookings, data loss, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shala Studio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
